I'm currently in rehearsal for a new musical with music by Andrew Lippa and he has been actively a part of the rehearsal process.
Show dates are 10/17-25.
I finished a dance show with Emmy-Award winning Karla Puno Garcia in her Performance Project at the KnJ Theater!
I received a full merit-based scholarship to attend Verdon Fosse Legacy’s Intensive Training Program August 2025!
ABOUT ME
Melody Chen is a proud Chinese-American choreographer and artist going into her senior year at NYU for musical theatre at the New Studio on Broadway. She loves wacky, BIPOC-centric experimental new work and reimagined classics. She's one of Jazmine Sullivan's 0.01% of listeners. (Proof of her Spotify Wrapped 2024.) She designed all these backgrounds with Procreate.
